Ingredients
1 lb Pork Sausage
32 oz hash brown potatoes
8 ea egg
2 c shredded mild cheese, cheddar
1 ea small onion, yellow
1 c heavy whipping cream
1/2 c milk
1/2 t paprika
1 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper, black

Directions
Brown sausage; drain.
Cook hash browns and onion in pan with oil for about 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Combine Eggs, Heavy Cream, Milk, Paprika, Garlic Powder, salt and pepper in bowl and whisk together.
Add cheese to egg mixture and whisk.
Add Hash Brown, Sausage and onion mixture and mix.
Transfer mixture to baking pan and bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes.
